In the Q and A session, one of the participants was asking about the most effective way to make Small and Medium Enterprises adopt digital technology. Dr. Arnold Japutra answered that the effective way to make Small and Medium Enterprises adopt digital technology is not about increasing incentives but increasing digital skills by conducting some association or education to the company’s resources.
